I went in for a blow dry and she truly went above and beyond. She paid so much attention to detail and even took the extra time to perfect everything. As someone who has never coloured my hair before, I was very hesitant to try it. From the initial consultation, I felt surprisingly comfortable. The consultation made me really trust the team. I also requested that no bleach or toner be used which was respected completely. The following week, I visited the salon for a haircut and a balayage, and Anfal and Mojgan were incredibly welcoming. Even the staff who weren’t directly attending to me were genuinely so sweet and friendly. Throughout the entire process, Mojgan kept me informed, which really helped me be at ease. Since it was my first time colouring my natural black hair, I was understandably nervous, but both Anfal and Mojgan listened carefully and made sure I felt reassured. During this visit, I not only had my hair coloured but also treated my sister to a blowout—inspired by my previous visit to Bella and Bello, where I had gotten a fresh cut and blowout myself. My sister absolutely loved the experience; she found it incredibly relaxing, and her curls lasted the entire day. Mojgan spent around 4–6 hours with my sister and myself, taking only a short break, yet she remained warm, patient, and reassuring the whole time. I truly couldn’t recommend Bella and Bello enough.

I had roots done with Natalia. She’s a true professional and she advised to put a few highlights on top which worked out very well and refreshed my whole look. She’s also very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Hard to find stylists of her calibre these days and at very reasonable price. Thank you very much Natalie. I’ll most definitely be back

This was my first visit to the salon, and I can confidently say I’ve found my new favorite spot. My stylist, Natalia, was absolutely amazing — I couldn’t recommend her more! She listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered exactly that, or even better. She really took extra care to ensure the highlights blended perfectly with my natural hair. Natalia was not only skilled but also genuinely lovely — she took the time to give me tips on how to care for and improve my hair. After trying many salons in London, this was by far the best experience I’ve had. I’m so happy with the result and looking forward to my next appointment :)
